Hello everybody!
What are exactly the mechanics for war against a vassal of some foreign country? Today I declared war to a vassal of bohemia as poland, and I was in war with that vassal and his liege, but not with his liege other vassals. I took that vassal, now I'm occupying the liege territories but he won't accept any peace offers. i thought of invading his other vassals, but Im in peace with them and i don't have any claims. Did i do anything the wrong way? What the sense of "there's a war between kings and one can only occupy the other capital but not his vassals cities?" thanks

The sense of it is that CK is a personal game. By declaring war on the king you're not declaring war on his entire country (since that concept is a little fuzzy anyway in the medieval period), but just on the king. This is perhaps not entirely historically accurate, since vassals' territories were raided during their lieges' wars, but it's better than being at war with all of a liege's vassals if you're at war with the liege. The liege will always come to defense of his vassals, however, since that is his feudal obligation.
On a practical note, are you sure you're occupying all of the king of Bohemia's territory? Look for a random out-of-the-way county controlled by him somewhere, because that's often how the AI hangs on in my wars.

Thank you! Indeed he does have some random territory!

Two more questions arise:is it possible to ask my vassals to join me in the war, as opposed of raising their armies and taking their control? Do vassals make their oath to the title or to the person? For example, if I were ro gain through military action the crown of bohemia, do i get the current king's vassals?

Vassals may join you in a war if they have a claim themselves on the target.

If you take the title 'king of Bohemia' then you also get the vassals that belong to it.
