Question about Tech...

Say I want to add this back in:

How would I go about it and have it show up correctly?

I assume that that you should copy it to technames.csv or whatever it is. If the tags already exist in the file, you would have to remove the old ones.

Okay but say I want to add it in as "new" and not lose the Volksturm tech that replaced this one?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you want, you could change the string names both in the csv files and tech files to something unique.
