Question about taken provineces.

I am wondering if there is a way to, to make you get full resourses from a province that you took after you annexed a country?

Make them a national province by

Adding them as national provinces via event

OR

edit the save game (and add province xx) to national provinces.

Possibility to mod the percentage of resource gains would be very appreciated. The IC numbers can already be modded so it would make sense to make the resource percentages moddable too.
