Playing Portugal I lost rivalty to Castille (still over 70 tax counting province tax only) because they are supposedly too weak while game allows me I keep my rivalty with Morocco (about 13 tax left). I would gladly drop Morocco, but I do not want to pay MPs to do it manually.
Is it WAD, bug or whatever?
Edit: I notice it when I could not select 3rd rival, because only Ottomans and France were strong enough and close enough but I was allowed to keep Morocco
