Question about Revoke The Privilegia

So Bohemia has Würzburg as its vassal and I am about to revoke the privilegia. All members but Bohemia will vote for the reform (there is no way I can make Bohemia vote for it: They are heretic, too large to be force-converted and have -190 relations with me).
So will Würzburg become my vassal or will it stay Bohemia's vassal once I revoke the privilegia?

It should be stayed as a vassal of Bohemia.

In the past i did a revoke, and France had a couple vassals in the hre. They left France and joined me.

So just a few months after I revoked the privilegia Brandenburg, my vassal, formed a PU with Prussia. How is it possible that my vassal becomes the senior partner in a PU?

Historical event; Brandenburg DID form a PU with Prussia, then became Prussia, then consolidated Germany after the fall of the HRE and then... Well you've probably heard about a World War or two. Not sure how the event works in the game.

Also, why shouldn't he be able to become a senior partner in a union if he had suiting royal marriage arrangements BEFORE the revocation?

Because I thought that junior partners cannot have their own vassals/protectorates/PUs.
Well it's good for me that Brandenburg formed a PU with Prussia because I will inherit the PU once I annex Brandenburg so I am not complaining. I still find it odd though.

Pretty sure I once saw a PU (1) who has a vassal (2) who has a colonial nation (3) who has a protectorate (4) who has a vassal (5). I kind of think I could release vassals as a vassal if I wanted to ingame, and PUs make even more sense as counts&dukes get to occasionally inherit some stuff too. This was a rare occurence before protectorates and colonial nations hit and subjects could actually wage wars(ie: you won the HYW as England, all the vassals remain as France's problem), but you can occasionally get subject chains akin to CK2 in this game even without those.

Though I have no idea if you can get a PU as a vassal in this game. Never tested it.
