Question about relics

I recently completed a planet in the galactic empire mode, which had the possibility of unlocking the "Chaos Oracle" relic. So, I completed the secondary (all silver and gold landmarks were chaos thrones or whatever thye're called), I conquered 4 of them and achieved the secondary objective. I thought with that and completing the planet with any victory, the relic would be unlocked, but it's not.

Maybe I'm missing something? It's my first relic unlock, so I don't know if I did it correctly, but I think all you have to do is conquer the planet right? The secondary is not even related? I'm attaching an image so you can see, it says locked, but it desn't have the "to unlock do this" text the other ones have.

You do not have to complete any of the secondary objectives. Just win the planet any way - including the "defeat empire by turn 20", when not doing a single secondary objective at all.
Did you properly accept the victory and the result? After that is progress transfered to the empire.

That being said, unlockign might be broken after the last patch.

I just unlocked the Piglet and Megasow Relic in the current patch. So I can exclude a general issue.

Are you certain you properly finished the game? If you did, there should be no savegames or way to continue left.

Yes, it shows on my conquered planets, I won by alliance, no savegames are left of the scenario.

I learned the hard way that no Grail is unlocked by winning the planet - I actually have to do the Grail Quest. Maybe this one is similar?

It would be odd, no question. But possible. I just have no idea why this one would work that way.

Given that I unlocked the Chaos Oracle via a Swift Action wincon... definitely NOT.

I just noticed a oddity. Unlike every other Relic, there is no data on how the "Chaos Oracle" will be unlocked in the Relic Overview. It is possible it is broken.
