How can a province being a national province of a nation? The National provinces seems don't match to the real. Like India and Pakistan, they were just colonies of UK and rule by a company, it's different to the Scotland and Wales. And also, the Macau and Hong Kong are hardly claimed by China. They should be the national provinces.
