Hello,

I want to ask, if energy weapons have a arrival time i would call it?
I want to try a Null beam Variant with Neutron Launcher and sadly the Beam has Range 120 to the NL 130. But the Null Beam has to hit first.
Now my maybe stupid question.

Is a Neutron Launcher instant with an Beam or Stray or does it fires a salvo of Energy that takes some time till it hit the enemyso that the Null beam can maybe hit first, if it is instant and the ships have passed the 10 Distance? In my Head launcher sound like a energy projectile instead of a beam or so.

Does the placement on the ship is somehow calculated in the distance and if so how much is this on a batteship?

Thx for answering my Questions.

Anything not a missile or torpedo or strikecraft is an instant effect. Null beams and Neutron/proton launchers (and kinetic cannonballs) are the same in this respect
