Question about patches and DLC

Perhaps a stupid question but what is the difference between Cornflakes an Waking the Tiger?
I have Waking the tiger between my DLC's but i can nowhere find that Cornflakes stuff.

I was a few months away from the game

Walking Tiger includes Cornflakes. Cornflakes are the free updates such as command system - Walking Tiger includes the paid content such as the new focus trees.
