So recently my daughter was doing some crazy shit (like trying to kill my son etc., basically demon spawn event chain). It would be cool to play as her, but I have agnatic succession and I can't change it. Will she still try to kill my entire family (and cause game over) or it won't happen if she is not able to inherit?

Get some family secreted away elsewhere. Maybe land your preferred son with some lands to keep him from her paws?

I think the event kills are limited to characters in your court. You'll have to comb the files for more accurate info.

Problem solved, my daughter is dead. I somehow survived until she became 16 years old and married her to Umayyad. She killied other wife of this Umayyad guy and then he poisoned her for doing that.

Huh i guess i forgot you can't nominate women under agnatic. I'm so accustomed to agnatic-cognatic. I swear I saw somewhere you could get women in power though. Is it possible with full status of women and elective?

If wiki is to be trusted Muslims can get agnatic-cognatic at level 4 status of women, and you can get absolute cognatic at the highest level (like everyone else).
