Pawn said:Hello dmshewchuk. First you need to start the game and use the showid cheat to find the province number. Then go to Victoria/db/province.csv and find the province that you want to change. You'll see a line like the following and can make the change here, Grain to Coal or whatever.

Only works with a new game though. I suppose you could also alter your saved file if you didn't want to make the change permanent, although I haven't tried that. To make the RGO bigger you'll need to add some farmers or labourers to the province you want to change. You can find those in victoria/scenarios/gc (if you're playing the grand campaign). As far as I know, the RGO will scale when the game starts depending on how many labourers or farmers you have added.
