...or whatever you want to call it. :) If, just hypothetically, I wanted to take a province of mine that produces wheat and make it produce, oh, let's say 9.0 sulfur instead :p , how would I do that?

Hello dmshewchuk. First you need to start the game and use the showid cheat to find the province number. Then go to Victoria/db/province.csv and find the province that you want to change. You'll see a line like the following and can make the change here, Grain to Coal or whatever.

Only works with a new game though. I suppose you could also alter your saved file if you didn't want to make the change permanent, although I haven't tried that. To make the RGO bigger you'll need to add some farmers or labourers to the province you want to change. You can find those in victoria/scenarios/gc (if you're playing the grand campaign). As far as I know, the RGO will scale when the game starts depending on how many labourers or farmers you have added.

If you do some changings into the province.csv, you have the changings done for all games in future. so make a backup of it and you can undo all with only deleting the patched file and rename the copy to the real name.
