What is exactly requested in order to restore the Roman Empire ? I'm in a game where I play muslims; I'm slowly conquering the world, and I have the byzantine empire title. Is it possible for me to restore the Roman Empire, or do I need to be christian ?

The way it's coded you have to be Christian, unfortunately. However if you so wish you can mod this requirement out by deleting one or two lines inthe code, I think, so it shouldn't be too hard.
