If you're asking "can I do it and still play the game?" then "yes probably" is the answer, but don't be surprised if you have some strange things happen. VIP v03b was redone to fit the changes in patch 1.03b, so there will be things that will not work as intended using some of the settings in 1.02. Also, some events will have very unexpected results - or even no results - because some event commands were changed or fixed in how they worked with patch 1.03b.
