Question about ingame UI.

hello again every one prepare yourself for a question that may be a little stupid.

i cant for the life of me figure out what the brain the blue one in the top left just right of the budget pie chart represents sometimes its white text sometimes red.

can someone explain to me what its representing?

Its Psi Potential, used for Psionic abilities.

Thanks was scratching my head what does it mean if the text goes red?

Psi potential is set by your biosphere, so when you colonize a new planet, it will go up, then down a little as the transforming damages biosphere.
