Hey guys,

I am running into an issue when forming the HRE. No matter what kingdom, duchy, county, etc, I start wother, the HRE coat of arms that gets displayed is the same as the Kingdom of Bavaria.

Has anyone else ran into this? Does anyone know of a possible fix? I have tried clearing the flag cache in the Documents folder, but that hasn't worked.

Appreciate any insight!
