Question about HoS portraits

So reading through some DDs, looking at screenshots and WWW videos, I noticed something strange. I don't know if this question was asked and answered before or not, but why is Hitler the only leader that doesn't have a full portrait, but is rather represented as a silhouette? Is this some new PC fad in case some gets "offended" by a historical figure or is there some kind of law prohibiting the display of Hitler and co. in the German market?

Disclaimer : This is not a stab at the devs or the community. I'm just interested why certain portraits are blacked out.

Have we had official confirmation that Hitler will not be shadowed out in the worldwide release of the game? I ask because somebody elsewhere told me that there would only be a single version of the game, no special German version, and all copies would thus have Hitler blacked out.

No. Aside from screenshots showing Hitler's face, they've gone out and said that it's just for the German version of the game.

On the other hand, since I'm a pedantic nutter, he only says versions in the USK area are censored, not that versions elsewhere aren't (yes, exceptions prove the rules)
