Question about Hive Mind Ringworld Generator Segments.

I've noticed one very frustrating fact and I don't know if it is a bug or is intended. This is that when I look at the description for the generator segments it says that the job base energy production is 120 energy credits with a upkeep of 15 energy credits, basically making the base energy production 105 energy credits per job. But when I actually build the generator segments and put some of my drones into the tech-drone jobs, the jobs only create 11.5 energy instead of the base production of about 105 energy credits that I was promised in the Generator Segment description.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

The base production value is for a fully stocked segment not for individual jobs.

The same applies to buildings or districts.
