Question about Hearts of Iron IV multiplayer

Hello. This question might have been answered, but i will ask anyway.

Will the Heart of Iron iv multiplayer be a new system, or will they take the multiplayer from Europa Universalis IV?

You can see from the latest WWW video that the mutliplayer system is very similar to EU4's system.
