Question about governor titles

I was just wondering whether governor titles are tied to culture or government system? I remember in EU:Rome that your governors were still called chieftains even when you reformed your government and it was the same with pagans in CK2. Personally, I'd prefer kingdoms to call them Governors or Satraps (depending on the part of the map they are in) as this makes them sound a bit more civilised imo, but it's just a personal preference and I was curious to see what Paradox's plans were.

Problem is: We already know that Satraps are a subject type like for Parthia or Bactria. Could be a little bit misleading if Governors and subjects are called Satrap.

Given that this game has EU4's "diplo relations limit" thing, it would also be equally weird to have a Persian/Seleucid Empire with 20+ vassal states with the title of "Satrap".

The vassal is more like an autonomous Satrapy, while the governor would be a centralized province under direct control. Which again presents the issue that Satrapies were often hereditary in this era, instead of the ruler appointing a governor every few decades.

I'm fine with any title tbh, as long as it comes without the tribal connotations!
