1. After rename of unit there is a flag next to name. What does it mean.
2. Why me trade fleets are stopping in few places? Like Caribbean fleet next to Bermuda?
3. Is there a way to stop merge of units if they do same thing? I'd like to have 2 fleets patroling sea not only one. ( For some reason they aren't merging as they norrmaly do)
4. Is there a way to take lands from CN and give it to another?
5. Is there a way to kill an ruler of another country? Without console?
6. If I'am Spain Empire and I will unite HRE into one country I will become united HRE or stay as Spain?
7. Is there a way to stop CN from expandin outside their colonial region?

1. Its been renamed.
2. Bug.
3. You want them to merge. Its safer if they get attacked.
4. Not your own CNs no. They usually just expand in their own colonial region. (sometimes one of two provinces outside it).
5. No.
6. You will become HRE.
7. Not really. However make the first 5 colonies in the middle of a region so it will have plenty of room to expand inside the region.

About the fleets merging, when a fleet is on its mission, it has the same effect regardless of what sea zone it's in. So it doesn't matter if you've got a bunch of little squadrons protecting trade/hunting pirates/privateering/whatever in a node, or one massive fleet doing the same, so long as the numbers are equal. So, since splitting up to cover more area doesn't have an effect, combining into one big fleet for the node is better. Even if you don't really have naval threats, you still are at less risk from someone jumping a little fleet.

Unless by "cover more area" you mean doing the missions in multiple nodes. In that case, set each fleet on the same mission but with a different target node and they won't merge, even if the sea zones they traverse overlap a bit.

EDIT: also, regarding the bug where a trade protection fleet gets stuck, that fleet will still be protecting trade in the node, as far as I know. So even though they aren't moving about they're still doing their jobs.

About preventing CNs from colonizing provinces outside their region: you can kind of prevent it if you colonize all the border provinces. I did this in one game with Spain and only one province slipped to a "wrong" CN. But it's painful micromanagement and might need some money to keep a lot of colonies going at once.
