Question about disabled "button"

Hi there I have one stupid question about little, but problematic problem. I accidentally disabled "raised levies" button (or pop - up i dont know how to call those things, just like "Unmarried heir" or "Vassals might revolt"), so that it doesn't show in any of my games. How can I turn it on again? Thanks for answers.

In the outliner, there is an option to see all disabled alerts. Open the category and you can reselect them.
In case you're unfamiliar with it - it's the left-most button on the outliner.
