Question about DH Light

Hi, I wonder that why ranges of naval vessels were increased substantially from DH Core to DH Light ? DH light and DH Core both uses the same map and same AI, what is the difference ? Thanks.

DHLite is based on the HOI2 Arma system (like manpower, naval range) while DHFull is based on the new DH system (mobilization, ww1)

Because DH Light uses real distances between provinces and these are quite bigger then the old (pixels on the map) calculation in most cases.
