If I'm not mistaken, the coat of arms would still be the Victoria Cross on a blue background. Is that right? Isn't that a little strange? The only way to make a dynamic coat of arms for a realm (dependent on the dynasty, in this case) is by modding the government archive, but that also affects the name of the realm on the map. Couldn't both functions be segregated? That is, keep "dynasty_named_realms = no" and add something like "dynasty_coat_realms = yes" to be used by tribal governments, I guess.
