So, reading through different strategy guides, the formula for base tax comp is
Your (base tax/( their base tax squared ))*60 -90
So currently my base tax as Muscovny is 802, Im trying to diplo annex Livonian order who's coming in at 24.
So by my calculations 802/576*60 = 83.54
So the penalty for tax base comparison should be -7 (6.46 rounded up) but somehow it is -68
Does anyone know if the above formula has changed, or if it was correct to begin with. Also, could it be that it only counts tax base in states,m not territories??
