If my liege asks me to raise my levies and i change army upkeep to 0 will there a consequence to this? I've done it alot of times and im never sure if it means my AI controlled troops are being killed faster or not.

IIRC, the attrition will be higher without upkeep. I do this all the time when I can't afford to pay for upkeep and my liege keeps spamming me with requests.
