I am terrible about editing scenario and saves manually, but to get a starting setup, I've been doing just that.
I have a question though: I want to add leaders, armies and navies to a saved game.
For the leaders: can I just add them to the save game or do I need to add them to the relevant leader.tag file for that scenario?
For armies and navies: is there some sort of quick editor I could use? Or do I have to do the adding manually (I can move them around with the Victoria Editor Dark Knight found for me - and in theory, I should be able to add them with that useful utility, but it was abandonded before completion and that doesn't seem to work)?
If I have to add them manually, are there any tricks to make it quicker? Any pitfalls I need to watch out for?
