Question: 100% demands

I can no longer demand more then 100% worth of cash and territory...so does vassalizing, millitary access and religious conversion count against that?

AKA if i take vassalizing at 70% does that count against the 100%

In the lastest patch it said that you could no longer demand more than 100%....... I have also found that when you choose to vassalize it does count towards the 100%, if that was your question.

I have found this a problem when offering unwanted territory in a peace deal. Sometimes the total excedes 100%, so I cannot offer all of it.
