Queen Elizabeth the 2nd Easter Egg

Would you consider adding an easter egg to commemorate Queen Elizabeth the 2nd? I am not looking for anything big but I thought it would be a fun reference if your ruler was named Elizabeth and held the Kingdoms of England, Scotland and Whales that they permanently have a pet dog or maybe a custom "pet corgi". It would not be a big change but it would be a nice easter egg and might help people achieve the long reign she was known for.
