Armies (basically, get the UI out of my way after I'm an empire):
If I raise my own levies, it would be awesome if they all started out merged in my capital province, much as my vassals' levies do.
If I have 5000 troops in a coastal province with >50 boats, I should be able to click the "board ship" button and have the ships auto-merge to have one 50+ stack. (X00 troops in province with >X boats...)
I would love to be able to string along commands better, like "you guys move to this province. Once all there, board ships. Once boarded, move here. Once unloaded, move here"
I would also really like to be able to set rally points, with an option to automerge, with the default ordered upon being called up to be "move to nearest rally point".
Ships should work the same way or more intelligently spread out ("move to closest rally point that doesn't currently have enough ships to carry all the guys moving to it")
When a castle is ready to be stormed, the little siege icon should change from a red bar to an orange bar, so I don't have to select my besieging armies one after the other.
Maybe let me set, somewhere, an option for "auto-storm if outnumbering by X" (like, 2000% or 1500%)
Even crazier ideas, like "bring me 35000 troops to this location", would work just as well. Kinda letting the AI take care of the drudgery of marching troops around would be very nice.
De Jure:
Give me a button that says "transfer all vassals to their de jure lieges" so I don't have to check every randomly independent vassal
That or the "Select Vassal to Transfer" should default sort to "vassals in this guy's de jure" vs "vassals not in this guy's de jure"
Also maybe a top-of-screen icon showing I am messing up de jure borders?
(Seems like if Duke X gets independence from King Y, Emperor Z shouldn't be able to say, "Oh, cool, King Y you can just have X back. I don't want him because you hate me if I do. Emperor Z shouldn't get the relations hit for "Desires Control of Title X" from King Y if Duke X just went independent but is still in the realm.)
Sort by rank should put barons above mayors, I think.
Hotkeys:
Maybe I just haven't checked, but hotkeys for things like the "create vassal" button in the holding window, "disband army" when one is selected, "disband navy" in same circumstance, "disband all navies" with nothing selected, "disband all armies" in same, "merge armies", "split army in half", "split army to supply limit", "begin storming castle"
