I've looked and I think that there is too much necessary information squeezed into too little screen real estate for folks with even slightly impaired vision
A Magnify option for this bar would be very helpful. You could either make it a game setting or even better a temporary magnify on/of toggle right in the bar itself.
Just compare what I'm dealing with in-game versus what I see on your Forum Page

a temporary magnify on/of toggle right in the bar itself.
That would be a very useful feature! You should post it as a suggestion in the Suggestions Forum, or ask a moderator to move this thread there (use the ‘report‘ button at the bottom of your post). That way people can upvote your suggestion.

Edit: it would be great if such a ‘magnify’ feature were available for any text, though I don’t have the slightest notion how difficult that might be to accomplish.

@Havan_IronOak_56 Have you tried playing with scaling settings?
You may have just solved my problem!

When I first noticed the issue I went into the game settings. I was deterred by the warning "Scaling above 70% will cause interfaces to appear outside the screen."

Just now, to see just how bad that would be, I tried the 100% setting - some "interfaces" are truncated e.g. The Councilors window seems to be the worst. But switching scaling back and forth may certainly be less bothersome that trying to screen capture and magnify my Troops display every time I need to consult it.

I've got my Windows settings cranked up to 125%. That means that much of the Paradox launcher-level stuff is unviewable to me. If there's something in that undisplayed portion I go and temporarily reset that Windows option.
