QoL: when forming a new tag, make a pop-up reminding the player to collect mission rewards before losing the old tree

I always forget to click the rewards for the missions I've completed before forming a new nation and losing the old tree. It would be nice to get a reminder to do this.

how often does that happen for it to be a problem? There is already a banner alert telling you about a completed mission
