QoL suggestion for loans

It would be nice if the little flag in the UI will change when being able to repay a loan. Maybe turning the background from yellow to green or change the symbol.
This will replace the annoying way of regularly checking existing loans in the menu

You do get a popup when a loan expires and you can repay it.

Its not cheaper to repay a loan in advance. So only do that if you have much more money then needed to pay back a loan.

You don't know if you get a event that forces you to pay a years income. Paying back a loan early and then being forced to take a new loan is bad for your economy.

During war you dont know how costly the war is going to be. So keep all money in the treasury. Only if its a very profitable war should you consider paying back loans before they expire.

So basically always try and keep like a years income as cash in case you need the money.
