You can sort your leaders by fire, shock, etc. But you can't separate the admirals from the generals!

How about adding a button that sorts leaders into the following order:

monarch + heir
generals
conquistadors
admirals
explorers

and within each group sorts them by hiring date (and then age)?

This is killing me, with limit 4 (which is quite easy reachable) you have 4 (or more) generals and 4 admirals which are interleaving.

However, I think it's not necessary to separate rulers, heirs, conquistadors, and explorers, as they are interchangeable in most cases (if have decent pips), same with admirals and explorers. And if you are going to explore terra incognita, I guess you already know whom you'll pick.
