QoL: Colonizable World Mouseover size

Please include planet size in the mouseover of colonizable worlds so we don't have click on them when doing an overview of where our next colony should be.

This is coming in Clarke. If you look at the dev update previewing it, they show a mouse-over tooltip that shows habitable planets, their type, and the number of tiles on each planet.
