Casus Belli ledger is useful but can be much better if it has another column for truce expiration date and possibly another column who would possibly join their war if that specific CB is used.

This can be done by going to Diplomacy and clicking on Declare War to see the all options but that'd be a lot of effort if you just want to give it a quick look at your options.
