When the player forms Qing are the supposed to lose cores on some of their Manchurian possessions? I lost cores on about 10 provinces after forming, which shot my overextension up from 48 to 132 (I had just taken Beijing). This was a really unpleasant surprise.

Not WAD nor is Manchu not "upgrading" to asian units. It's been reported a lot of times and should be fixed by the next patch.
