Qara Qoyunlu moves now

With the new DLC I decided to play Qara, but this nation has a lot of problems, after a few years I can see what they are.
So with this one screen....would you tell me which direction I should take?

I don't see your problem. Conquer east, feed your home node. Maybe form Persia or even Mughals.

maybe I was not clear, the problems are about something else, inside the nation, not outside, I was asking what you think I should do

The rebels? Either increase autonomy, kill the rebels when they appear or join a war with your Turkish ally and let them kill them for you.

Well, Qara starts with a lot of pre-game rebels faction, a negative economy and bad relations with ALL the....COUNTRIESTHATMATTER in the area, but now with the photo I mean, what should I do? Aq qoyunlu, waiting for the mamlucks, Shirvan, Arabia.....and increasing autonomy it's not the "best" way to deal with the rebels.....and for now I can't call the ottos
