[Q] [REQ] Smaller roads and a new dirt road

[Stage]

I want to create roads that are the size of the pedestrian paths. Something like this:

I feel even the smaller roads are a bit too clumsy. My question to the modding community is:

1. Is it possible to do?
2. Has it been done, and where can I find it?
3. Is anyone with the skillset working on it?
