Is there any way of allowing us to Mod Electricity Pylons?

The New UK ones prompted me to ask this

or Maybe add these bad boys

Or having Substations they can connect to

I really wish they would add this, I find it irritating with the current pylons how they just get a bigger concrete base.
What I'd love is to have different models for each height, the smallest being a regular wood electricity pole, then have the 3 arm pylon then have the 6 then the 6 (heavy) (I don't know their official designations), even if it is just for realism sake, plus having electric poles means less obtrusive power grids in rural locations.
