Oh hey, you removed it. I mean, it was like on screens on first page before. Thank you very much, now I can get into this mod.

I'm guess you mean DEC map (mini-graphical mod)
Go to mods/Peace without victory/DEC Folder. And copy/past file "map" from a DEC File into Peace without victory direction (Sure,re-write files when PC will ask you)
I'm do not recommend do this, because Gibraltar and Malta provinces will looks just terrible. And you will have problems with a colors for some countries

At first,I'm sorry for silence on this thread,I'm said that I'm will realise mini-patch on a last weekend, but, with a new changes,my works are becomes as content for new version. As I'm said before new version (first days of March or early) will have a new alternative outcome for Iron Guard of Romania. Moreover, there will a new mini-alternatives:

  • Nationalist coup in a Bulgaria (middle of 20s)
  • Yugoslavo-Albanian war of 1927 (Plan of invasion to Albania was developed by Serbian High command, but was not implemented. If Yugoslavia will attack,Italy will protect Albanian protectorate)
  • Second sino-Japanese war of 1928(Today I'm will show some screens about this)

In a total new version will have a new events chain for a most of countries (Especially from a 1925 until 1932),generally revised Italian economy for all scenarios plus changes for battle order in a various situations of terrain. But about detailed changelog later.Today,I'm want to show some of my works about Japan during last months of Russian civil war,and I'm will show new chance to start Sino-Japanese war

Jinan incident-a new alternative outcome for Second sino-Japanese war.It will happen on a summer of 1928 (1931 as test with unified China). Some of you will think that it a cheat for Japan. But,if you will start this war,Mukden incident will never happen, moreover,on summer of 1937 China will even strongest that before

I don't think it is a cheat. If the Chinese loose Quingdao, than a new and stronger revanchist idea will born in the Chinese lands. China will be stronger in the late '30-s, early '40-s.
If Japan is succesful, than I think they would focus more on the Soviet Union, and a devastating war against them would be more likely. If they take Quingdao it could make a sooner downfall for them, and a harder gameplay for the player. If Japan is at war with SU, and China also declares war, than a Sun Tzu caliber of player is needed to win the war. (A Pacific war could be out of question here.)
War against China would happen later, which would mean Chang or other leader of China, to centralize, defeat the rival factions, even to integrate successfully Xinjiang, and a war against Tibet.
Japan could send military aid, "volunteer" officers, and supplies to a warlord faction, to weaken China. If they focus on SU, they can't afford a costly war against China. I think Long Yun would be the most promising warlord that could be reached. (Actually the Ma family would jump for the idea, but they are too far away, almost impossible to reach.)

Success of Japanese AI or Player in a war of Jinan incident will lead Japan to war of 1937 anyway. Moreover, after peace treaty of Shanghai China will get a middle economical support from SU(Sure,as Soviets you can refuse)it will analogue of Soviet "Plan Zet".Plus events about Chinese economical preparations. And yes,I'm agree with idea of Japanese suppot for Warlords

I think a victory of Japan, and conquering of Quingdao would deny the possibility of a 1937 war. Only if China attacks. Japan wouldn't move forward until they pacify the territories. They will have too much problem with Chinese than to initiate a war so early again. (Manchukuo and Quingdao would be too much of a land-grab for them.) Pacifying Manchuria was a nightmare for them, and never really happened, so a territory in the mainland of China would be a true horror. They would need a large number of armed forces just to keep the peace. Also there could be a few events about how to deal with the Shandong clique remnants and the local triads. Dissent and revolt risk would be sky high in Quingdao, but if they take in the former local warlords in the General Government, than it would be lower. The problem would be, that its quite possible, that in case of a China and Japan war, they would try to initiate a coup to join China, or stay neutral like Xinjiang.
If you could think of a way of helping the Ma family with the Japanese, than the Ma could be a serious problem for China. They would try to annex Xinjiang, and take Tibet. Their cavalry army was quite fearsome and dangerous, and their military commanders were some of the best. While Ma Bufang was an autocratic leader, others always favored imperialism and royalism. One of the Ma leaders would surely try to be the new emperor, or support one of the possible ones, but not Puyie. They despised him.
Possible emperors: Kung Te-cheng (Confucian descendant) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kung_Te-cheng http://news.iqilu.com/kongzi/20150725/2495622.shtml a lot of pictures are here, if you need them for events.

China without Qindao and Manchu, but with a passive Japan will a best alternative for Chinese AI+economical events and foreign support(so there reason lost this war as China).Of course, problems in Korea,Manchu,Rehe area were a serious headache for Japanese, but, these problems wasn't reason to stop expansion. Moreover,China was a potential threat like Soviets for Third Reich. And Japanese wouldn't stop until Quomintang will keep exist and Chinese shore line was a brilliant desire for Japanese nationalists and another famous politics. And as I said,I'm will think about economical "co-operation" between Japanese and Ma.Sure random problematic events about Qindao will added for Japan
