I'm cant see logical chain between China and Prussia of 19th century,you have a strange examples.De Gaulle will give mobility bonuses because in a early 30s he was the main initiator of mass army reformations,especially in the tanks sector for French republic

I'm sticking my nose in uninvited here, strat, but I'm wondering whether all the questions you're asking are actually game related - that is, are they relevant to any game that you're actually playing. If they are and you've asked the last, for example, because you're playing as UK and you're looking for a way to go communist, then fair enough. But if you're just asking out of curiosity or in order to get a complete picture of the game, then you must understand that you're looking to have hundreds, maybe thousands, of points explained to you simply for your convenience. And while that might be convenient for you, you might also understand that's it's time consuming, and very likely annoying, to the person who's already invested enormous effort in designing, developing, running, and improving the mod.

The obvious alternatives to just asking qustions willy nilly are to run some tests for yourself or scan the event texts to see if the answer's there.

By the way, I forgot to mention in my Bukharin SU aside from those bugs I've seen is the Soviet-Italy NAP decision. The decision requires relations with ITA -100 or more. Even i did have more than -100, i can't still trigger it. I can only trigger it if its lower than -100 then you can click it and trigger it without problems. (Somehow using acceptall, i increased my relations with ITA, went down to -80 and I was able to trigger it).

It's not long, I don't want to download Mega downloader or stuff like that. I can get the mod for 10 minutes or so.

You don't need to download the Mega Downloader. Just select the option "Download Through Browser"

Then by all means you should ask - as Game Dark demonstrated, other users will always be willing to help if Erica's snowed under. In this case I'm not sure that you're idea will float, however. I haven't played a lot of PWV but I don't think the basic DH setup will allow one alliance leader to join another's alliance.
