The tech says it gives Industrial Capacity Production Bonus +35%.
It gave me 0%.

Tech command can not be wrong. Never

Every game I'm get the desired bonus. Are you sure that the progress of construction has not become faster? Even your current IC will build faster
If so, I'm can only recommend to re-install mod. Since such a theoretical bug is simply impossible. Technology always carries out a command.

Just get rid of the silly time penalties and let us build our own units. Then you can have demobilization events to restore armies to peacetime size like you already have..

Those time penalities are there to ensure, that player won't win WWII without any challenge by producing 600 divisions during the interwar period, and they are also realistic: after the war countries had to focus on rebuilding their economies.

And about the IC technology: I confirm that it works as it should.

Yes I know! This is not the issue. A Peacetime economy should not be building dozens of Battleships and hundreds of Divisions. The issue is the penalties are there DURING WWI, which makes no sense at all.

Yeh, I meant first FIN CW dint even know that there is other one, nice.:) That fleet, i mean Russian Navy, the Ships, i dont think that those warships have ideology? I know in history that when Whites lose the RCW they take many warship away from reds and im pretty sure that those ships would get back to Service, newly found Russia? I also understand if this is impossible to do. I had solve this thing, by lend the Russian navy to Sweden before reds collapses and when RCW is ower i send navy back. Here is some Tech team image.

So you could make an event for the Whites to remove all Soviet land and air units from Europe and Asia, and then annex the Reds and receive what's left, i.e. their navy.

Furthermore, I would like to give my two cents about what's exclusive to this mod: Italy's Doctrine. It is like a poor man's blitzkrieg, emphasizing attack (with little to no air support) by land units that are also made cheaper (and weaker). They also focus quite a bit on two unit types I didn't use too much: Motorized Infantry (I thought Mechanized was better until I found out about the Combined Arms bonus, and now I think Mechanized Cavalry might be better) and Light Armor (I always saw little point to it as I could just make Medium Armor about as well). New doctrine types are always very stimulating, and I hope to see them further developed on the next patches.

I like your mod. Nice concept. I think it can works well on multiplayer game. You would recommend for multiplayer?
Units speed still makes me angry, but if i play in 27 or 31, so yes, I can handle this..

I like your mod. Nice concept. I think it can works well on multiplayer game. You would recommend for multiplayer?
Units speed still makes me angry, but if i play in 27 or 31, so yes, I can handle this..

Pffffff, I'm never had experience in mult games. Only once, in 2013, we had party in WIF mod.

May I give a small suggestion for the next patch? I don't particularly like the borders that the eastern expansion events give you if you win WWI as Germany, could you perhaps include a option in those decisions that diables them?

I was thinking about Plan Orange in 1931 and maybe it could start because Japan decides to seize the Philippines rather than Manchuria in September 1931. In this case America is able to ready its Pacific Fleet, while Atlantic forces are being transferred. American naval high command though is in disarray, and not on a proper war footing. Britain, Australia, and France favor America but desire no wider war unless Japan nears their colonial possessions.

Are you planning any paths if the Tsar survived IWW and Germany was defeated? I read that in 1910 it was estimated that Russia, after the reforms caused by the 1905 revolution, would outperform France, Germany and the UK around 1950 thanks to its huge resources of people and natural resources. If the Tsar won the IWW, he could continue these reforms, which could lead to a war with the UK - an anti-Russian alliance with Germany? What do you think?

Japanese Philipines? Well, for next patch I'm plan to add pro-german philipino uprisings against USA aegis. Yes, German Empire will support Asian national revolutions. So, if Philpino uprising was successful, Japan will have opportunity to try invite Pro-German Philipines into it's sphere

Japan would still need oil for her fleet if she struck the Philippines first. Maybe an informal/formal pact with Tsarist Russia with Japan agreeing not to pursue a venture into Manchuria. The agreement could range from different possibilities, from as as simple as oil for Japan, Russian occupation of all of Manchuria, or even a formal military alliance.

Just thinking out loud and throwing out some ideas.

Idea is great, thanks. Also I'm will glad to change Japanese Oil reserves. Since in DH Full (No mods) and even WIF mod, Japanese problems with oil is most likely a conditional problem. Since Japanese AI can fight against allies till 50s, even if GER was defeated and China keep resist
