Why Poland gets literally 90% of Silesia if they won the referendum? Upper Silesia in the game is Katowice-Gleiwitz-Oppeln, and it was Upper Silesian Referendum(Because there was large Polish population there). There is no reason to give provinces of Breslau and Waldenburg to Poland/Intermarium, because those territories weren't even part of territories partaking in referendum, and even if, Poland has literally no chance of winning there. Why would even Poland capture a territory with absolute German majority?![]()
Thats right. Poland has opportunity to integrate upper and lower Silesia. Since in both regions there was some semblance of a partisan war.Later on, at about the time you are at, there was several Polish revolts in Lower Silesia by the Polish minority demanding a referendum, which they got, and I guess they won that time. IRL they obviously lost.
