Sorry, I do not understand the source of your problem. The archive should not unpack only a part of the content. Click no. Confess honestly, something is wrong with your archiver.
I offered you all the available methods. I'm afraid I have nothing more to advise you. Re-load the archive a little later, perhaps the download site is overloaded.
Your archiever has a problem with event picture. Ignore it, mod will work without problems

I have been thinking about warlords for a few months ago maybe you could consider Guominjun it’s was more like an independent army for some time than a nation, but that might be the charm of it.
It would be short-lived and not so strong if you use it. I made flag of it it’s just a suggestion.

Finished the Asian front. Now I continue my wors with new content for the French Empire and Soviet state ( Paths of Trotsky and Zinoviev )
