Personally I think the US Fascist path should have multiple options for who would lead the country with different policies and possibilities depending on who comes out on top. Like for example you could have:
- Huey Long (Populist)
- William D. Pelley (American Fascist) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Dudley_Pelley
- Fritz Kuhn (American Nazi) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritz_Julius_Kuhn
- Charles Coughlin (Right-Wing Theocracy maybe idk it has potential) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Coughlin
- Hiram Wesley Evans (Leader of the KKK in the 20s & 30s and as far as I know he actually had some political aspirations and I'd imagine the KKK would have some kind of impact in a Fascist US no matter who is in charge) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiram_Wesley_Evans
Of course there's always the possibility of a successful Business Plot putting Smedley Butler in power. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_Plot
Also while we're on the subject of the US, I was thinking about the fact that 1919 was a pretty crazy year in the states with events such as the Seattle General Strike, May Day Riots, Chicago Race Riot, Centralia Massacre, Anarchist Bombings and the resulting Palmer Raids and with a stronger public reaction to these events could potentially leave the country on the verge of Civil War as it entered the 1920s. This Civil War could be really interesting as along with the usual Commies, Fascists & Confederates there could be Independence movements in California, Texas, New England & Alaska as well as possible attempts to create an African-American Republic in the South, something like the New Afrika movement just 40 years early.
Anyway that was just a whole idea I had so thought I'd post it here.
In fascist leader there can be Charles Lindbergh (he was republican candidat in1940,but early cannot be an problem....))
