Put army/navy tradition in the topbar and give information on leader pips when recruiting generals

Arny and navy tradition are very important stats and I would like to see them at a glance when recruiting a general, and when you hover over recruit general, it shows how many pips you will get minimum and maximum.
Lets say you have 100 AT and +1 shock and fire from offensive ideas.

It would say something like:

You will get 9 pips minimum:
7 from army tradition and 2 from ideas.

This is all really.

AT on the top bar? With prestige and legitimacy? When you go to recruit a general, that info is gonna be there anyway, I don't see a point in it really.

Also, does AT ensure you better generals? I thought it just raised your chances at better generals, so I don't know that your second idea is even possible.

Yup, it ensures better generals one pip minimus every 20 AT and one pip maximum every 10 AT.
