Seriously, if you don't become a witch fairly early in the game then it becomes virtually impossible to start a coven. My dynasty is getting close to 300 members. I'm converting everyone I can (which means no time for other personal schemes like seduction or swaying), but I can barely even keep up with the natural growth of my dynasty! Hitting 60% is going to take ages unless a plague comes along and hacks off most of my family tree. Why do I even need over 100 people to start a coven anyway? It should be 60% up to a maximum number (ie, 50 people + heir), otherwise you're screwing players who want to start a coven but already have large dynasties that have grown well beyond the player's control.

Yes please, pretty please...when my distant branch gained kingdom of Poland, I spent two Přemyslid lifetimes in Bohemia to convert all those pesky counts, lower nobles and offspring, to hit the cap...like 40 people :D
