So I have a problem....
My wife has a claim, and I can't push it!
She is in my court, holds no lands of her own, and it's a strong claim.
She shows up in the "My Claimants" tab of the Ledger.
When I go to declare war on my target's liege, though, there is an X next to "King Gofraid must have a valid casus belli".
WHAT GIVES? I can push the claims of literally everybody else in my court; I've claimed duchies that weren't in my kingdom, I've taken counties with ducal claims, I've taken land with people of all cultures, religions, and GENDERS.
BUT FOR SOME GODDAMN UNKNOWN REASON I CAN'T PUSH MY OWN WIFE'S CLAIM

Before you ask; yes, I am mad.

As far as i know you cant push weak claims and womens claims unless there either is a succession crisis or a child or a woman currently holding the title.
Kill of the current title holder until a child or a woman inherits it, and then push the claim.

Her claim is a strong claim, though, as I mentioned.

You'll just have to breed a son and press HIS claim instead. A bit ... cumbersome, but still.

Yes, but then I'd have to wait for the mother to die.
I want to wipe the Dunkeld family off the map!

Anyway, I can press his claim when his mother dies, but he probably won't end up my heir anyway (not that it matters much).
I have elective succession, and my last ruler reigned from the age of 17 to 77. 60 long years of one badass dude: Conn the Bold

Understandable ;)

Even if he's not your heir, you'll install a Dynastic ally as King, which is some reward in its own right.

Then just remarry the two family lines later on.
