Purtian or Royalist annexation of England

I saw the thread in the discussion, and then I remembered that it happened to me too. So I propose the event that if either Royalist or Purtian annexes England, they become England, just like Orleans becoming France.

sounds good to me. except, someone would have to figure out the monarch listings and possible events. i think that if england were ruled by a hardcore puritan regime for 200 years, the events would be drastically different from those of a normal england.

I agree. Some EEP people in the British Isles thread are working on a comprehensive remodelling of the entire Stuart reign in England that will allow for a hardline Puritan regime or a nearly absolutist Stuart monarchy well past 1688. Any & all ideas along these lines would be very welcome.
