Purpose of the added .exe files?

The following executable files installed with the game, but no description was given for them, and when attempting to open them, they don't work. Why add them?
Editor Saves HoI2
EventMakerPro
SetPermissions
Tecnoflechas

editor saves is just what it says on the tin
SetPermissions I don't know
Technolfechas is for looking up tech requirements. Quite handy.

i only know the editorsaves (but i think saves editor sounds better), wich i used to use to change my saves, now i just do it by hand. i never understood the event maker.

LOL Funny discussion, just my 2 cents here. Seeing how the devs are European and I guess mainly Spanish, in their language verbs come before the nouns. Correct me if I am wrong on this, but my daughter told me that the nouns are after the verbs so thats why all the executable programs are backwards if you are English speaking that is. Cant say about other interpretations from other nationalities. :rofl:
